Tim awoke within a room that was stale aired, pitch black, and completely soundless. He was ill, and even if he HAD been able to move, the shackle around his ankle meant he would not be leaving anytime soon. As far as Dick knew, he was dead, and that put him at Jason's mercy. To make matters worse, the man was dead-set on him being his personal plaything, a pet of sorts...

At first, Tim wants nothing more than to get strong enough to make an escape. But after a while- once he's truly gotten to know the former Robin, he's not quite so sure he wants to leave anymore. Or if Jason could take it if he did.Of course that's when everything falls apart.

He went on a trip around the goddamn world just to find Bruce after he was lost in the timestream. He cried, fought, bled, underwent medical malpractice, and still found his adopted father. All to be met with no apologies for his eldest brother's threats of Arkahm, and a request for his emancipation so Bruce wouldn't have to run Wayne Enterprises.

Tim didn't need to be worried about Jason. Even if the two were related didn't mean that Jason couldn't take care of himself. It would be fine. He didn't need to worry about him, particularly considering he was still fairly sure that Jason hated his guts for taking up the Robin mantle. He should just ignore his concern and continue with his week. He had enough to deal with at Wayne Enterprises alone, and then all of his other cases, so he didn't need to add on the worry about Jason on top of all of it.
Or, Tim tries to check in on Jason and gets shot for his trouble.

Summary
Dick stares at the barren room in the Tower and wonders, exactly, how things had gotten so bad. Surely, there were clues as to what brought them to this point—clues that would show him what he missed—clues that would explain why exactly things still were so wrong when he was doing everything he could to make them right.
Past experiences had briefly knocked Dick’s sense of connection with his little brother down quite a few pegs, but he truly believed they had had a break through when Tim came home for the all hands. Hell, Tim told him he loved him and initiated a hug with him, so what more could he have asked for?
Dick thought he could be happy with that little bit of progress. Except now, here he was, leaning against the doorway of the room Tim was supposedly living in in the Tower with hot soup and medicine in his bag, and there was no Tim.
And, for that matter, there was no Damian.
Dick was, as much as he tried to deny it, a little pissed.

That Jonathan was four years older than Damian, on the cusp of graduating with a degree whereas Damian would only be starting his first.
Except there is a Jonathan in the case in front of him, looking two years younger than Damian, his hair still as curly and unruly as Damian can remember it being when Jonathan was eleven and following Damian around making promises of forever.

A mission goes awry when Damian finds a second, younger Jonathan Kent and rescues him, bringing both the Kent and Wayne families together as they attempt to cope with this new development.

Superboy, aka the boy who he used to have a major crush on for years before flushing it down his mental toilet, which is totally not what he needed in the middle of his attempts to rebuild his life.

“Why do you even care?” Tim shook his head, stepping back and moving to stride away into his kitchen.
“You know, I always thought you had it easy.” Jason said finally, and it hung in the air for a moment. “I figured, you had gotten the same version of Bruce I did. But that’s not true, is it?”
Tim looked down at the beer bottle Jason set down on his table and, for all that he felt he was about to be sick already, blurted out, “I’m not having this conversation sober.”
