“Can't you see it?” You replied. Now it was your time to be confused.
Pen's face grew annoyed. Did he really not know? Did he think so little of you?“I’m out. Tell me who your father is?! I’m tired of guessing.” You wanted to speak, but the words simply didn't want to leave your lips.
Pen glanced at the Boy as you did not speak to him.
“Who's your father, little one?”Adam straightened his shoulders and made himself bigger. They were so much alike. The way Adam stepped in front of you, nearly protecting and posing at the same time.
“You.” Adam said, placing confidence in his voice. “You are my father.”
