Once again, he did not say anything, did not smile or scowl.He looked back with those dark brown eyes, with clarity but if possible a different kind of clarity. Asahi san's eyes did not bring Takanobu back to Sendai City Gym in June, they took him to the future. It was a future where he could let his fingers splay out on the ace's chest, step forward, let his hand go up to get a hold of the face above that chest, embrace and then kiss him in front of all his friends.

She gives Ange a grin that’s all teeth. “Listen, bossy.” Bonnie takes a half step, bringing herself even closer to this nuisance. “I don’t have to be anything.” This close to her and Bonnie can see the subtle way Ange narrows her eyes - can feel her breath on her face. “And I’ll treat Kim however I want to.” Bonnie kept her nails long, and she made sure to press one against the underside of Ange’s jaw. Hard enough that it will leave a crescent.
“What are you going to do about it?” Says Bonnie, voice low and smirking.
Ange doesn’t stop smiling at her.
“...That’s what I thought.” Whatever, this wasn’t worth it.

Dazai's eyes trail down on those parted lips and reach out to brush her finger on her bottom one, not saying a single word. Chuuya can feel her lip gloss getting smudged by the thumb pressing against the plump flesh on her lips but she could care less.

The inner workings of a facility such as this one were kept under tight security, as the government knew about their existence, but the general public probably wouldn't meet them with such kindness.
They would be outraged if they heard about the kinds of things innocent children went through here, or perhaps... they wouldn't. What if the outside world was truly as evil as the ones behind such a facility? It was entirely possible that the world knew about this place but decided to turn a blind eye. It wasn't outraged of the realm of possibility.
They were just kid's, and if the whole world was truly against them... what could they do? Fighting back wasn't an option, was it?

This story began as a comment on a Reddit post, asking what twists and turns would need to take place in the story in order for Ram x Subaru to become a thing.
By this point, I think, nothing could lead to that. But then I read the comments, and found that a lot of people think that there never was a chance, and I found their naysaying ways disappointing.
I think differently, and so I made a draft, about what I thought what could've reasonably occurred to make it happen, with minimal bending of the canon and the characters.
The OP of the post read it, and asked me to write a fic, even if it's still in that summarising, draft like format of that Reddit comment, they'd be interested.
So here it is, or at least, a tribute. If there's enough interest, I might rework it into a proper fanfiction later. Till then, have fun reading my attempt to make one of the most criminally underrated ships a chance to set sail.
