Summary: Assessing the potential risk Trigger may have on Quirkless - changes in Quirk Factor and binding sites and subsequent mutation, and possible countermeasures.
Methods: Enzyme immunoassay of Quirk Factor concentration. Checking on 3 samples taken from each patient how a certain concentration of Trigger results in changing the cell culture to access potential mutations.
Results: Side effects depends on the type of Quirk written into DNA. There is a high inter-individual variability which unable to generalize. There is hard to predict the exact reaction Trigger may cause in a certain individual due to their Quirkless status and the fact that their body wasn’t accustomed to carrying any Quirk. Trigger for Quirkless posses the same, if not bigger, risk as for people with Quirks.

Shouta’s hair floats upwards, unruly and filthy. It writhes in the air, in a way it’s never done before, twisting as if they had a mind of their own, resembling Medusa’s vicious snakes. He can almost imagine them hissing.
His gaze shifts downwards, down, down, to his face, his eyes. They’re hidden from view, Shouta’s hands clamped tightly over, but he sees it anyway.
The dampness trickling from underneath his fingers down his chin, the faint red glow peeking out between the gaps.

Hizashi’s finally found Shouta, but what’s done is done. He’s terrified—of himself. Hizashi shows him he could never be afraid of him.

Chap 2: The voice reminds him of crystals, smooth and clear, refracting rainbow light in every direction, or the sun, with the way it seems to glow warmly with safety. It’s beautiful, and he’s drawn in by it immediately. He’s overwhelmed with the want to take it between his fingers and touch it, feel it, pooling in his palms like a cloth of silk. It reminds him of silk, too, with how softly it flows through the air and ripples across space. Briefly, he wonders if it’s the voice of an angel he hears, echoing in his ears.
