Summary
The Goose is gone, and with her the light has fled the land. Her absence has left the world to rot beneath the wing of her shadowed twin: the Gander. In the ashes of lost realms and broken fairytales, six cursed souls journey together, each marked by magic, grief, and curses. Rosamund, the sleeping beauty whose veins bloom with thorns. Gerard, a disgraced prince trapped in a monstrous frog-like form. Timothy, a gentle poet who conjures power from rhyme and searches for the son he lost. Ylfa, a young girl cursed to become a beast. Pinocchio, a living puppet with secrets carved into his hollow chest. And Pib, a talking cat with too many names and a past built on lies.
They do not trust each other. They do not belong.
But the shadow is growing, and the stories, twisted though they are, are not yet done.
