"It's been alright, I've already finished it… How about you?"
Ah. She'd been afraid that Joel would ask her that in return.
"…I've been managing," she replied, trying to keep her answer as evasive as possible.
"Well, then, I wish you best of luck with that."
She didn't respond. There was no "good luck" in this task — it would be a lose-lose situation either way. Perhaps she should have taken acting like a whining brat over this. It would have cost her her pride even more than it already had, as well as her chance at healing, but at least she wouldn't have to do this. But considering she chose to hit the "reroll" button at the Secret Keeper's, she really only had herself to blame for this mess.
Alternately, instead of having to convince the entire server to sleep through the night, Lizzie receives a much more different and personal task. As one would expect from the Life series, it does not end well.

There it was. The gentle pull and suddenly he was unwinding. His life was crashing before his very eyes.
He was just a little kid. Terrified, missing his mom, afraid. So terribly afraid.
Every wall he built crumbled to dust. He had no foundation left to build off of. No rubble to try and cover himself with. He was left with only ashes and dust.
Or, Anakin and Obi-Wan communicate FOR ONCE and he tells Obi-Wan about his visions. This changes nothing and everything. (Aka, happy ending fix-it fic for ROTS)
