Take the recreational drug Euphoria after months of being clean in an effort to drown out his demons...
Or fight back and forge a better life.

Hopes, Dreams, and DETERMINATION is a mild AU of Undertale where Frisk has a little sister and Chara and Asriel were friends with Sans and Undyne before they died. This causes changes in this Undertale Universe as a whole, and Frisk does not have to go through her journey alone.
