Summary
Mutant births have been on the rise in recent years, and pretty much the whole world was panicking about what to do. Anyone found to be a mutant was forced to be registered with the government and sent to live on a reservation, if they were well-adjusted and not dangerous. Dangerous and law-breaking mutants were sent to a special supermax, unofficially called Purgatory. Every once in a while, there was an exposé on how horrible the conditions were on the reservations, and comparisons to concentration camps were made. Despite this, nothing ever changed. The public's fear of mutants and their abilities far outweighed their care for human rights violations.
Dean and Claire were living a pretty normal life, considering they were mutants hiding from the government. Claire was getting ready to start school next fall and Dean supported them both by doing sex work. But no one could stay hidden forever, and Dean's past was about to catch up with him.

Summary
As a child, Prince Castiel made a promise to a servant boy that if Castiel became an omega and the servant somehow became a king, he would mate him. However, when the servant disappeared, the boy and his promise soon faded into a distant memory. That was until a man stormed into the castle to collect on that promise.
