Summary
The sequel to You Think You're Lost But You're Not Lost Alone.
Three years ago, Cal Kestis made the foolish decision to accept a mission on Coruscant that nearly led to his death. Thanks to the efforts of five unlikely teammates turned friends, he's been able to build a life on a planet safe from the Empire and impossible to find, allowing the Galaxy and those that looked to him as a symbol of hope to believe he is dead at the hands of the Empire. It isn't the journey he wanted for himself but it is the path that life placed him on—at least until he discovers that the man responsible for his imprisonment by the Empire, Bode Akuna, has captured his friends with the intent to end their lives unless Cal turns himself over.
Three years ago, Kanan Jarrus and Hera Syndulla agreed to form a team and risk everything to save Cal from certain death.
Now it's time for Cal to return the favor.

Summary
When Kanan Jarrus unexpectedly survives the blast at the fuel depot on Lothal, Hera initially finds herself grateful for another chance to do things differently with the man that she loves. It doesn't take long for reality to return with its cold reminder that the Galaxy will never be safe for him or their son so long as the Empire reigns. Willing to do whatever it takes to keep her family safe, Hera tells Kanan that he has to take their child and disappear if they're going to be safe.
They'll be together again soon.
All she has to do is topple an Empire, submit her resignation, and search every star in the Galaxy to find her way home.

Quin was just about to drift off to sleep when he heard the tell-tale swish of his bedroom door sliding open. He barely managed to suppress his sigh as he listened for the now familiar sound of small feet crossing across the stone floor towards his bed. The footsteps paused, then there was a small intake of breath.
Quin sighed, waiting.
Another few footsteps, and then the person was close enough that Quin could hear her breathing. He didn't turn over or acknowledge her presence in any way, hoping that if she thought he was asleep she might not wake him.
A small finger poked the centre of his back and he sighed. No such luck.
“Quin?” a voice whispered loudly.
