In Indonesia, Alberta, and Hokkaido, everything freezes. An invisible barrier forms around them, and anything that crosses it appears to move in a single direction without colliding, before rubber-banding back in an infinite loop. He likes to see his tormentors suffer.
When he finally gives in to those urges after years of suppressing it, he discovers he DOES have a quirk.
