If Reborn had aged slowly, it may never have happened. Instead, it’s as if Tsuna goes to bed one night and when he wakes in the morning, Reborn is older than him.
“I’ve always been older than you,” Reborn says.
He has, but Tsuna hadn’t known it. And when Tsuna did learn of the Arcobaleno curse, he hadn’t understood it. Had only known that Reborn needed him, and that had been enough, all Tsuna needed to do anything and everything within his power to save him.
