Summary
Horace "Ace" Edge lives in District 10, one of the poorest districts. Getting chosen as a Tribute at age sixteen is as good as a death sentence for him. Still, he's determined to do his best to win the games. Afterall he does have some useful skills and a strange Gamemaker who seems enamored by him.
Camelon Snow is the physical copy of his Grandfather. With no one else capable of taking the name Heir on and President Snow seeing himself in the boy, Camelon is put into a difficult position. Deciding to train him, President Snow sends Camelon to be a Gamemaker for the 68th Hunger Games, but Camelon isn't actually as alike to the President as one might think.

As it turned out, Mari was actually living a nice, normal and more importantly safe(ish) life somewhere sunny. Most of the time. Nobody was more surprised about this turn of events than she was.
Problem was, things aren't ever that simple for a demigoddess. Monsters? Standard demigod fare, she could handle that. Homework? Now, that as actually an issue. An army set to invade camp any day now and kill them all? That maybe took slight precedence over the whole 'homework' thing. Maybe.
