“There you are, Ivory!” Pyro says with forced enthusiasm, walking down the main staircase. “I was just looking for you.”
And then he’s looking at her, which is a lot different.
Ivory stands shaking at the foot of the staircase, pale as her name, her eyes the size of dinner plates. Her tail lashes behind her, her breathing labored. She's covered in blood. Pyro’s heart drops so far he fears it may never be found.

Summary
After promising the old mage that he wouldn’t fail, Jayce is sent back to Piltover - ten minutes before his lab explodes. One of the girls ran to Viktor’s side opposite Jayce and tugged at his sleeve. Viktor leaned in to listen and then turned to Jayce with a smile.
“Stella wants to know if you’ll help look for the afikoman.” Viktor said. “She knows it’s for the kids, but she said since it’s your first Passover we should make an exception.”
Jayce could have wept then and there, but instead he made a show of dabbing his napkin suspiciously high on his face as he stood.
“Sure.”
