Summary
Dream doesn't resent George for disliking how Dream smells. He knows George can't help that. It's just that George has never really fully smelled an alpha before, so it kinda sucks for Dream to be the first alpha he can even smell and it's... bad.
But, alas, when George's dangerous omega drops get worse and he finally goes through a terrible heat--ten years after most omegas have their first heat--it's up to Dream to help him through the next one so that his hormones will stabilize.
Dream's always said that George's health comes first. He's just doing his part to help.

dream just smiled warmly back at the other, squeezing his hand and beginning to walk out of the park.
or
"don't be dense, punz," he scolded, light-heartedly glaring up at his friend. "if you do them that high, people will see."
"good," punz responded, leaning down to bite the edge of sapnap's jaw. "let them know you're mine."
or, in which george's problems fall second place to his interest in an unfamiliar mute boy. meanwhile, sapnap and punz's relationship is stunted by the blonde's implicit belief that he's straight.
