“Where do you think you’re going, Sherman?”
“Was that the first time?” Shermie demanded. Without waiting for a response, he backed Filbrick into the kitchen counter. “Have you hit him before?”
“The boy needs to be toughened up.”
Filbrick drew up to his full height, not shaken by his son’s steady glare.
Shermie shook his head in disbelief. “I’m not letting you do this to him, Pop. I’m taking the twins and getting the hell out of here. Don’t expect to hear from me again.” -

Summary

Aziraphale continued, using his words to establish the separation he was determined to maintain. “Tell me, have you turned respectable or are you still playing at being a flash bastard?”
For his part, Crowley looked delighted, obviously taking the statement as a challenge.“Wut,” he called, stretching the word out, sounding almost playful. “Aziraphale Fell!” He enunciated every syllable of the name and smiled the whole way through. “As I live and breathe. Well, I’m sure you’re respectable enough for the both of us.”
