At his weakest moment, as he's truly regretting the life he's been made to live, the enemy surprises him with their mercy... even if he must allow them to take samples from him to be fashioned into bioweapons against his people in return.
Strangely, though, one of those enemies in particular quickly grows very attached to him, and their leader is unexpectedly benevolent. It makes Murvrum wonder if there's been some sort of misunderstanding.

Brughel Poisson was a necessary identity for Sampo, an elegant woman he used to carry out overworld business out of the eyes of the Silvermane Guards. But after a chance encounter in a bar, he manages to stumble into living on the Landau estate for an extended period of time. Playing Gepard's gentlemanly nature to get into close proximity of treasures likely hidden away on the estate.
But Sampo really didn't consider that he'd have to keep up his charade as Brughel the whole time. Which on it's own is fine, but when it's the only barrier between you and the person legally obligated to arrest you, it's different.
Even more different when you both have feelings for each other.
---“I never got your name, it may be important to know considering we will be living together for the foreseeable future.” Gepard used his free hand to push messy black bangs out of Sampo’s eyes, so he was able to look at him properly.
“Brughel Poisson, although I don’t have any esteemed titles like you do.”
