You thought your phone was broken when it read nine-forty-three in the morning while it was pitch black outside. One look at social media gave you all the information you needed to know what was happening.
The sun was gone.
Everywhere, in every state, city, country. Not only that, but people were making up all kinds of excuses for why it was missing. Yet, with each hour that passed, it kept worsening. People began looting in major cities, creating mobs to rush important buildings or block off busy roads. You, living close to a semi-large city, could hear the sounds from afar; until those sounds turned to screaming, yelling, running. There were things out there. Things that wanted to hurt you. When he’s of age he’s sold to an Omegean Sale Facility, others were kidnapped to be trained and broken into the ‘perfect omega’, to be auctioned off to the highest bidding alpha. He’s been brainwashed and manipulated his whole life to believe this is what he wants. That by doing so he’s fulfilling his duties as a good omega should.
However, when pro heroes take down the omega trafficking ring and Izuku realizes that he was lied to his whole life. He has to unlearn everything he was taught and listen to his inner omega. With the help of the pack of pros that made his freedom possible Izuku has a lot to learn.

“Are you okay?” Izuku asks, eyebrows knitting together in worry. “You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”

“Did you know that the spicy taste in food is really just your pain receptors going off in reaction to a chemical compound?” I mumbled sleepily, nursing the iced coffee he’d graciously slammed onto the laminate of the cafeteria table next to my avocado toast. Luckily, he’d had enough sense to put a lid on it this time.
“Ain’t painful to me.” The blonde grunted back between inhales of his hot sauce covered eggs and rice. He’d dumped so much onto the plate I could feel the burn in my own nostrils, even over the heavy scent of black gold. I’d made the mistake of yawning, inviting his heat fumes to further assault my senses.
“Yeah, because your brain counteracts the pain by releasing a bunch of endorphins in your mouth. They’re a natural painkiller, so instead it tastes good.” I nodded limply, unsure why I’d chosen such an odd topic at seven in the morning. Maybe I just wasn’t awake enough yet.
“That so?” He had his eyes glued to his cell phone, propped up against his water bottle. The news played silently on the screen. “Somethin’ wrong with you or some shit? You’re never this talkative in the morning."
“Are you a masochist, Katsuki?”
