Hitoshi Shinsou was 5 when he learned that not all men are created equal.
Shouto Todoroki was 6 when he learned that not all men are created equal.
Katsuki Bakugou was 7 when he learned that not all men are created equal.
Momo Yaoyorozu was 8 when she learned that not all men are created equal.
All children learn it at one point or another, but the Midoriya children are different. This fact of life hit them harder than most, but do you know what sets them apart?
They did something about it.Alternatively: The story of how Inko Midoriya ends up with 15 vigilante children, 3 young kids, 3 older kids, 2 hero kid-in-laws, a husband that lights things on fire when he sneezes, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Summary
Whoever said that "the past cannot be changed" obviously didn't take into account the existence of quirks and Izuku Midoriya's ability to cheat fate.
But that didn't matter; what mattered was using what he'd learned the first time around to stop things from happening again, because he'd be damned if he let the League of Villains go around causing havoc for a second time.
(Or: A run in with a villain sends Izuku twelve years into the past, where he becomes the teaching assistant of Class 1-A and decides to change some things up as he goes along, much to Aizawa's 'annoyance'.)

Patrol had been rather slow that night until Shouta found a little creature with bright all knowing eyes. Of course, they couldn't just be any injured creature, but a quirked one; or are they?
It was through some unusual circumstances that Shouta and Hizashi end up becoming parents to the little creature, and they couldn't be happier watching them grow up.

Summary
Izuku is officially Quirkless. There are no ifs or buts or questions to be raised, because who cares about one little Quirkless boy?What there are, however, are mistakes.
Because Izuku has no double toe joint. If one were so inclined, they could perform a full-body scan to conclude that he has no appendix, no tailbone, that his bone density is slightly different, and that, in the strands of his DNA, there does indeed lie a genetic Quirk Factor. Midoriya Izuku has a Quirk.
Izuku has bad luck, or perhaps just is surrounded by bad people. He has his Mama though, for all that he grows up in a world that doesn't support him in the slightest.
Crandall is a spirit-child-vigilante. Musutafu grows to appreciate Crandall, for it's a flickering guardian, candle in hand, that guides children to parents or police, whatever safety is best for them. As he grows, Crandall saves more, becomes more protective.
But tragedy strikes, as it is wont to do, and the world hesitates, shifts, continues on. Crandall (Izuku-) deserves to be saved too.

My fics based around the same worldbuilding, but not in the same timeline of events - all featuring my hcs for a Quirkless community, mostly based around terms for different types of people, based on their Quirks, that the Quirkless of Japan use as code.

Summary
There are a few things you can't escape when you have a childhood friend no matter how close you are. These are funny anecdotes, nicknames, blackmail and a bond that comes with a certain level of familiarity that only comes from knowing someone their while life whether you wanted to or not. Bakugo and Midoriya aren't special - they have avoided none of these no matter how much Katsuki tries to deny the bond that they share.
This is something that class 1a comes to find out as the powerful, problem pair drop nicknames, stories and show their familiarity with the other without realising that's kinda what they're doing.
