Summary
James Barnes is bound by the mission, the therapy sessions, and the obligations of his second chance at life—but duty has never been simple. Every day, he fights to suppress the Soldat, his darker self, while trying to adhere to the good man Steve and Natasha believe him to be. But as they venture off on dangerous missions, James’s resolve weakens.
The Soldat doesn't care for therapy or personal growth—he only cares about protecting his Natalia by any means necessary. As the tension grows, James finds himself torn between his commitment to behaving in a world where he's allowed to heal and the compulsion to act on instinct to keep Natasha safe. Duty calls to him from both sides: the duty to his new life, and the duty to the protection of the woman he loves. As Natasha and Steve face danger, James must keep his cool—but the Soldat isn’t always willing to obey.

very stupid.As simple as that definition is, it seemed to apply to Peter a little too accurately when it came to hiding his identity. But! It wasn't his fault he was bad at lying - he was simply a good person (and Ned was just as bad). Or that he would unintentionally use his powers in public - you try being a mutant for a day!
Throwing himself out of a window in front of his entire class, however... was a little harder to excuse.
Alternatively,
Five times Peter wasn't too great at hiding his identity and the one time he really fucked up.

Shh.’’ His words didn’t seem to have the desired effect and before he knew it, Loki lunged forward, throwing his hands around Aske and hiding his face in the crook of his brother’s neck. Then he actually started to cry. Tears were floating down Aske’s jacket. He hugged the shaking creature, he didn’t recognize his brother in, as soon as his mind finally caught up with everything. He didn’t know what to do. He had never seen Loki in such a state and he had no idea what caused it, only that it wouldn’t breathe for much longer.
The Loki we all know and love has always had to go through life alone. But what if he wasn't alone this time. What would his life look like if he's had a little brother to accompany him. Somebody who would die for him without hesitation. Fight for him till the end of time. Share his life story. Have his back. And most importantly, give him unconditional love.

Ever since the first invasion the Avengers have been living at the tower. It was awkward during the first months of their stay, then a month turned into two, then into six then into a whole year and a half, and they still weren’t comfortable with each other, especially since Thor only arrived a month ago. Well, that was until Clint suggested that they allot one day to try some activity the assigned member chose. The arrangement was Steve, Natasha, Bruce, Clint, Thor, then Tony. The first few times were quite pleasant. Steve took them hiking, Natasha took them to a dance class, it was funny watching Steve and Thor stumble on their own two feet, Tony was surprisingly good at ballroom. Bruce brought them to a meditation class, Clint took them to a bowling alley, Thor dragged them to a pub and Tony made them go take a spa day. The team enjoyed the weekly breaks. They were on their fourth turn when they noticed Tony wasn't doing something he would enjoy, instead he would choose something the other members would, Spa for Nat, Paintball for Clint and Art Museum for Steve. Now the Avengers were determined to find out what Tony would enjoy.
