Hunter remembers Pelican Town and Stardew Valley really, REALLY vaguely. When he went to visit Grandpa as a child, he'd often run around with a blond haired boy, a purple haired girl, and a brunette girl. Sam, Abigail, Maru. Hunter often reflected on those three as he grew older, but slowly forgot about them altogether. While the years passed, Hunter and his parents grew older and apart. His father was drafted to the war, and killed in action when Hunter was only thirteen. After his passing, Hunter had lost all joy he once knew, and his mother lost even more. She spiraled into an alcoholic addiction, putting Hunter in harms way, causing her to lose custody of him. Now, at seventeen, Hunter is returned to Stardew Valley by Child Protective Services, to finish out his high school years with Grandpa. Once he arrives, he quickly finds that the Valley is not as small as he remembered.
