Albedo doesn’t like interacting with people because everything ends up awkward. Kaeya’s really the only one who doesn’t seem to bother the alchemist too much. He can adapt to the conversation and fill the silence. Maybe Albedo can finally understand love, but who knows?

So when Chris is suddenly receiving a call from Mrs. Washington about returning Josh's death certificate, he can tell something is up. Hesitantly, he goes. Not fully on board with giving up the final piece of Josh he has. But after arriving to find the place covered in confetti and party streamers, he finds something that changes his view on death forever.
Basically me feeding into my hype fixations and making the love angle that belonged in the game (Not actually).
