    At first out of necessity, she gets to know Atlas a lot better than she had asked for and also Jack leaves a lasting impression on her. Trapped in this unreal situation, the three of them fight a war against Andrew Ryan, never knowing where this path will eventually lead them in the end.

At the same time Tenenbaum convinces Suchong to help her and take their research to the surface so they take Jack with them as they disappear in Rapture. Upon seeing Rapture fall apart Atlas decides leaving is a better idea then ruling over a city of crazies and corpses.
