Summary
Patton has always wanted to be a dad, but he's not able to have a child of his own, Not just because he's gay and happily married but he's infertile. (And far too moral to have someone carry his half child anyways..) However, after much consideration from his husband Janus, (After Patton begging for several months). The two decide to foster a child for Christmas, however the little toddler that they wanted to foster was Adopted before they can bring them home. Even though Patton is happy for the little one, he's still sad that he can't have a little one running around for Christmas. Janus wants nothing more than to make his Love happy so he looks for another child, coming across a teenage boy who's been bounced around so many times he's numb to it. They soon learn that maybe it wasn't just them who needed a family. But Virgil as well.

Summary
Logan’s family is unique. They live far away from the safe borders of the local kingdom, aware that they would never be welcomed there. Janus, Virgil, Patton, and the twins had no choice but to live as outcasts. Each of them had been unfairly banished from civilization due to their enchantment, an underserved punishment, as they had only been collateral damage in the war against those who wield magic. The outlawed witches retaliated against unjust laws, but often times, children were caught in the crossfire. It was the story of their family, for all of them had been unfairly cursed.
All of them, but Logan.
Their family consisted of a scaled superhuman, an arachnid-man hybrid, a werewolf, two winged twins with unnatural abilities, and the peculiar Logan.
As they come upon the 10-year anniversary of Logan’s adoption into the family, Janus begins to worry. He has his hands full caring for their strange family of 6, but he grows distraught as his 19 year old Logan continues to pull away. He hopes the answer to the problem is simple, but deep down, he knows Logan is anything but.

Logan is such a curious child, he wants to know everything and tell everyone about it. Not everyone wants to listen but the one person who always does without fail is his mama. Janus loves his child to the ends of the earth and adores his curious nature, but he has to get him to bed, he'll have to find a balance between feeding Logan's curiosity and getting him ready for sleep.

Janus knew that when he claimed Virgil as his own hatchling, things would be a bit... difficult. Most children Virgil’s age were usually prone to being a little bit fussy, if not cranky.
Janus probably should have realized earlier on that Virgil was not raised in an environment where this behavior was normalized.

When Creativity is split in two and Remus appears in the darkscape there are more consequences than anyone thought possible. Remus can't and won't be without his twin and Janus refuses to allow the other boy to be left alone at the mercy of the 'light' sides.
