It was tad simple, Marie Antoinette is the Queen of France, a woman of power and luxury, its obvious. And Lafayette, he is the Marquis, his duty was to protect the Royal family whether its in a form of physical defense or words, that too is obvious.
As their interaction spiked in a very short amount of time, fondness soon grew between them. The doubt that was once present is now replaced by a mutual feeling of contentment. Perhaps their thoughts slipped away through little whispers that is silvered with a tiny beam of hope and curiosity.
How long will this last?
