Coming into a bleak hopeless world Rue needs to set things right. Crime fighting is just particularly hard when you’re a homeless 17 year old with only two friends. On top of it all their childhood just keeps following them and slowly turning from vigilante to killer is not on the agenda for them. They can’t seem to keep people around, even the one foster home that they found love in, that put up with their chaotic personality and truly wanted them slips through their fingers.
