Summary
Julian went to try on a suit for a new program. However, he noticed that the suit was a bit loose, so he decided to ask Garak for some minor adjustments. What was supposed to be just a quick modification, however, turned into something more when Garak teased him with an unexpected kiss.
Just a story where Julian and Garak shamelessly flirt, and they don't mind being inconvenient. Not even a little bit.

Summary
“On the contrary, doctor,” said Garak. “It’s a way to declare interest – that they see each other as equals, that they are close enough to openly disagree. Arguing is an important step in the courtship process on Cardassia.”
“So it’s the Cardassian form of flirting, then?”
Garak sighed. “I suppose, if you want to put it in those terms. Although the way they argued in front of Elizabeth’s entire family was quite forward.”
“Did you find it scandalous?” Julian asked, grinning.
“It would indicate that they were quite serious about one another, to argue in public.”
~~~~~
Or, Julian and Garak discuss Pride and Prejudice and Cardassian culture, and it leads to some realizations.
Title from (of course) Pride and Prejudice.
Summary
Julian went and had a quiet conversation with the replicator. Garak didn't catch the name of whatever cocktail he ordered alongside the lubricant, but he did notice that it required a medical override. After he'd taken the hypospray, Julian tossed the injector gun into the reclamator and closed his eyes for a moment.
"Okay," he said, taking a deep breath. "I'll just use the bed to…"
Garak's claws were digging into his own thighs through the thick fabric of his trousers. "If you like, Doctor."
"Alright. And you might as well call me Julian if you're going to breed me."
"You have such a vivid imagination." The smile was fonder now, but it was still hiding something, and Julian wished he could get to the bottom of it.
"You're the one who thinks there's going to be a terrorist attack on the pleasure planet," he griped.
Garak's eyes slid away from him. "Well, let's hope that my informant was wrong."
Julian gave up on his pacing and flopped on the bed fully, starfishing his body across the whole thing and staring at the ceiling. "I'm surprised you haven't said anything about my outfit."
"It's not the worst thing you've ever worn, if I'm being uncharacteristically blunt." Garak sat down on the sofa and crossed his legs carefully at the knee. "The footwear is certainly a choice."
"They're comfortable," Julian said defensively. He twisted his head to look at his friend, and let a hint of a mischievous smile tug at his mouth. "You're just excited to see my collarbone for once, admit it. I know all about Cardassians and collarbones. Must look positively indecent to you."
"It looks like a collarbone," Garak replied, his gaze once again cool and unwavering. "Is that really a shirt? It looks quite similar to Lt. Dax's swimwear."
