After Apokolips’ failed invasion of Earth, Darkseid was highly impressed by Batman’s intelligence. He secretly collected Bruce Wayne’s DNA and injected it into his youngest Omega daughter, Princess Avelynna-Chloe.
In the past life, Avelynna-Chloe was given to Bruce by Darkseid as a war bride. Unaware of the truth about her DNA, Bruce was simply annoyed and disgusted that he had to marry the daughter of his enemy. He treated her horribly, and one thing led to another—he ultimately became the cause of her death.
Only after that did Bruce learn the truth about Avelynna-Chloe’s DNA and realize that he had been denying his feelings for her. Filled with regret, he used a spell to reset the entire universe, determined to start over by marrying her again. But this time, he would love and cherish her with all his heart.

Summary
So this is basically a continuation of a fic that I saw of Jason Todd. (Gifted to the author) I loved the idea, so I wanted to write more, and now this is happening. If you want to find out exactly what's happening, go check out the original fic (and maybe kudos, cause it was honestly awesome.)
PS: As far as I know, the original fic was canon-compliant about who knows who and how old everyone is, but I might be changing the timeline a bit for my fic. It will mostly be Jason already knowing and having good (or bad) relationships with people whom he was supposed to meet and bond with later on in the comics. (Also, Arkham is a prison, not an asylum. Not sure how I made that mistake, but we're living with it now.)

“Obviously I want to keep her,” he replied. If shock could be embodied, then Jon was doing it perfectly. His jaw was practically on the floor, his eyes wide enough to be uncanny,
“Keep her!” he reiterated loudly to which Damian shushed him angrily. Izzi shifted slightly, letting out a loud yawn before she continued to drool on his suit. He made a mental note to scrub it later.
“Yes, Jonathan. I want to keep her, at least until we find some other relatives she has or suitable adoptive parents,” he replied, as if that was a perfectly reasonable request. With that, Damian turned away, his arms wrapping around Izzi. He closed his eyes, deciding to rest his eyes and ignore Jon’s existence for the moment.
OR: A story in which Damian finds a toddler and decides the best course of action is to raise her with Jon.

Summary
This takes place during Koko’s time (read my fic about Koko too). The character is technically the daughter of the Batman and Joker due to a eugenics program by this dude with initials SNW where he took hero DNA and with Batman’s he mixed it with Jokers. She’s able to talk to Batman’s ghost due to connecting with the spirit of Gotham (eldritch being in city form) and since Batman’s such an important part of Gotham she was able to summon him.

But when Barry asks her if she'd like him to take her back with him because "Bruce would never want you to be alone," she can't help but nod and reach out with her bloody hand and hope beyond hope that this Batman will forgive her.
