In 2025, Elias reappears on the side of the road in the midst of a storm. His return should be a miracle, but it only brings more confusion. He remembers nothing of where he has been or the time that has passed. Instead, he asks for his friends, and is not happy to learn that they did in fact leave, just like he did.
