"I made no such indication that I would do that." Wil brought his hand up to his chin and pondered mockingly, "You brought that up all by yourself."
"I— but!" Techno sighed in defeat and joined Wil at the railing, leaning on it and looking down into the deep, blue water.
"So, do you like the boy you were talking about?" Wil's teasing voice ceased, into one more mature sounding, like a genuine question.
"Better than George." Techno snarled.

"I give this child my blessing.” the blood god whispered, almost as if he spoke any louder, it would break the world around them. The god brushed his hand over the child’s face, smearing it in blood. And for the first time in his short life, Techno opened his eyes and started to cry, lunges screaming and calling for attention.
Philza hushed him with a smile on his face, his heart soaring with relief as he saw his son blink up at him, his feet kicking and arms thrashing in the blanket. His lover came soon after, relieved laughter escaping her lips as she cooed down at him.
“Is he your oldest?” the god asked, watching the baby grab Philza’s finger.
"Yes.” Philza answered without looking up from his son."Take it to your grave.” the blood god sighed, stepping towards the still open window, the wind blowing the snow like a whirlwind.
"Whatever his birthright may be, he will be better off without.”"A child born from a goddess, sired by an angel and becoming a vessel… he will become the most dangerous threat to this world if you fail to guide him.” he warned.

Las Nevadas.” The screen behind him showed a brilliant neon-lit street backed with blocky non-descript buildings. “Gambling site, research site, and absolute fucking political powerhouse. Estimated take for this job is twelve point five million. Each.”
“So we’re hitting the casino?” Tubbo said, mouth full of cookie. “Fuck, too hot.”
“The casino isn’t where the money is,” Technoblade cut in. “The casino bankrolls the research arm, which is so valuable at this point that their security is probably better than the casino.”
“What we’re going after specifically is their latest development, a toy for the super-rich.” The display screens switched to show off a small gold figurine set with emeralds. “They market it as a ‘Totem of Undying’, and it’s the best medical assistance money can buy.”
