Tim raised an eyebrow, and when he spoke, his voice was full of condescension. “Really, Jason? For someone with a ‘secret identity’ you do a shit job at hiding it.”OR: A no capes/mafia AU where Tim is very aware his fiancé is Red Hood. Jason had no idea Tim knows. when the Maroni crime family finds out about Tim, 'secrets' spill out into the open, and Tim releases a lot of pent up anger.
It's not as bad as the summary makes it out to be I swear. ( at least I hope)

Tim Drake is no longer Robin, in fact he isn't even a vigilante, instead working at the GCPD as a detective and dealing with uncertainty regarding his new path in life.
Essentially a detective story about Tim settling into his job and Damian seems to turn up quite a bit.

The Star Sapphire with ‘rings for eyes’ that Kilowog, Green Lantern 1-9-8-6, was always going on and on about? The individual Carol, Star Sapphire 1-9-6-2, was always saying was a 'stain’ against the Zamaron’s Star Sapphires Corps?
But they were just an itty bitty little baby.
“You’re joking right” he teased assuming this was just Sinestro trying his hand at humor “please tell me your joking. Surely a 6 year old human child isn’t THE Sparrow”
“You are correct” Sinestro agreed flatly a small smile forming upon his face as Hal relaxed at his response “a 6 year old human child is not THE Sparrow”
“Oh thank-“ Hal started only to get cut off as Sinestro finished his thoughts.
“It is my understanding that the child is only 4 and a half”

After a difficult year (for many reasons) Tim goes back to Gotham to help Jason Todd reconnect with his family. Whether Jason wanted that or not, well, Tim had time to wear him down. Between the tutelage of Deathstroke and Lady Shiva, he was well equipped to handle himself as Jason's equal and hit Gotham's vigilante scene as the Buzzard. His parents were dead and the lonely cavity in his chest kept growing every day, but it didn't matter. Tim's mission could and would succeed despite his personal feelings and failures. He was fine and he had a job to do.

The cook with two toned bangs swore every curse known to man into the “shitty-ass-fucking patties” and throwing floor fries at the cashier. The manager, some loud-mouthed blonde kept smiling at me with this threatening look in her eyes. The bus boy, a small fellow with these creepy yellow eyes, who was clearly too young to be working there, and muttered an even larger array of curses directed at his coworkers as he passed by. When I tried to call the store owner to complain, it went straight to voicemail. Overall the experience was the most awful, unenjoyable, and overwhelming hour of my life. If I could rate it less than one star, I would.” -

Las ventanas estaban tapiadas, así que no podía ver dentro, el cabrón de Máscara Negra siempre sabía lo que se hacía, asegurándose de atar bien todos los cabos, pero Jason no iba a dejar que siguiera actuando con libertad por mucho más tiempo.
Red Hood todavía no era un nombre conocido en Gotham, pues tan solo hacía unos pocos meses que Jason había regresado a casa y todavía estaba preparándose para cuando se dejara ver en público de nuevo. Pero eso no significaba que fuera a dejar que Máscara Negra siguiera vendiendo su mierda cerca de los niños del Callejón del Crimen sin ninguna represalia. Sería discreto, porque aún no había decidido cómo abordar el enorme problema que representaban la gran cantidad de mafias y bandas de Gotham, pero no se quedaría de brazos cruzados.

In Gotham, it is widely known that children are not allowed to fight crime. Batman is very firm on that, and he has been ever since he donned the cowl; Vigilantism is for adults only. Still, that doesn't stop Bruce Wayne from adopting children and raising them as his own, and of course they've all been through their share of begging him to join his side at night, but Batman has always remained steadfast in his conviction that children have no place in violence.
Tim understands this rule, even if he was a little jealous when Jason turned 18 a few months ago and became Robin. He gets it, and he respects it, knowing that their father only wants the best for them. It's what makes Bruce a dad, after all.
So... when an odd patrol leads to even more odd behavior from Bruce, Tim is quick to realize that this man is not his father.
After all, Bruce Wayne would never allow his children to fight crime.

Tim Drake didn't quite know what he was agreeing to four years ago, but he tried to make the best of it! Using notes from his past (future?) self, he (somewhat messily) tried to help everyone his other self cared for. Now, it's four years later and he can mostly ignore the second set of memories lying in the back of his brain. It'd be much easier if Dick Grayson would just leave him alone. If Tim believed in destiny he might actually think that the universe cared about what was lost.
Dick Grayson has spent the last year feeling like he's veered off course. Something keeps itching at the back of his brain. He's missed some clue. Helena Bertinelli's promised to help him crack down on human trafficking, but Dick thinks her foster kid might actually be more help in that department.

Also, Talon would like to know who Tim is and why the bats keep calling it Tim?!
Also known as Talon(1) babysits a Talon(2) and to protect Talon(2), Talon(1) plans to throw Talon(2) at the bats and leave. Unfortunately, the bats don't agree with the 'never see Talon(2) agian' part of the plan or the part where Talon(1) has to go back.
