Summary
Batman will never admit it, but he did need another Robin. He required the happiness a child brought to his life, both inside and outside the mask. Since the death of his second son, Jason Todd, Bruce Wayne's life had been spiraling deeper into depression and pain, clouding his judgment. He was convinced that little Tim Drake, who lives next door, is nothing but a hindrance to him and will only get himself killed, just like Jason. So he pushes his new Robin away, holds him at arm's length, and refuses to allow himself to care again in a desperate attempt to save himself the heartbreak. That is, until his little bird gets gassed by fear toxin in an old warehouse, and it's revealed Tim's greatest fear is none other than Batman. It shouldn't have taken this much for Bruce to realize he does care, more than his heart can take, but better late than never, right?

Summary
The Lazarus Pit always takes something from its victims. Usually, it's sanity, memories, emotional regulation, or a combination of the three. It doesn't often take a person's humanity and warp their body beyond recognition.
Seems like Jason Todd is the (un)lucky winner of such an opportunity! When the teenager wakes to a second chance at life, he is forced to live in the body of a monster. Yay!
To survive, he must uncover the limits and powers his new form holds, all while trying to avoid unwanted attention. When he returns home, things only get more difficult. His family actively hunts him, people are terrified by his very presence, and rogues try to catch him for their own uses.People fear what they don't understand. Villains hate what they can't control. Vigilantes detain what they think is dangerous.
There is no place for inhuman monsters in Gotham, but surviving by yourself is lonely. Maybe taking Batman's new little bird under his wing will help somehow?
OR
The one where Jason gets turned into an animalistic cryptid and has to survive Gotham being...well Gotham. Oh, Tim's there too. He's sad, but he thinks that having a cryptid best friend would be pretty cool.

Summary
"What's.. What.. How's this going to happen." Tim was uncertain with his words. He knew he was going to die, that's what his hero wanted and that's what he was going to get. But how? That was the question. Was Jason going to drag it out? Kill him now?
"We're going to go to my safe house, I've got a room set up for you, and we're going to have some fun, then, when I'm bored, i'll put you out of your misery. But first you need get a fucking grip and walk to my car."
Okay, torture it was. He could hold out a few days. As long as Jason enjoyed himself Tim would accept his fate.
Or
A divergence on Jasons attack on Titans tower. I plan to make this a enemy to caretaker series. Jason is more effected by pit madness in this.
This story has been revised and rewritten. Some scenes have changed and others have been added. I am happier with this fic now. I will also hopefully be able to get motivation to write the sequal.

Summary
Tim is afraid of his brother after the Titans Tower incident. Jason isn't aware of this yet.
Then Tim almost gets kidnapped, and somehow the middle brothers are snowed in in one of Red Hood's safehouses.~~~
Or, Tim is an nervous (and autistic) little shit and Jason is giving into the Big Brother Instincts™. Sibling fluff and small hints of PTSD (maybe).
Also Gotham is still sentient and Claimed them, so they're like, feral humans. Pointed and expressive ears, animal-like eyes, pale skin. sharp teeth, clawlike nails, feral language, and feral instincts etc.LAST CHAPTERS ARE ADDED.

Summary
Tim Drake is trying to get along with his father for his deceased mother's sake.
But Jack Drake has bought into some new age cult led by Daniel Maris who believes that a disease will come to Gotham and purge it of sinners. And forcibly relocates them both to some apartment tower complex downtown called Babylon. Which promptly locks down. No one in or out.
This makes everything about being Robin much more difficult.
But Tim is diligent and nothing if not an over-achiever.
Soon, a horrifying sickness hits Gotham, and Tim is doing everything he can to not get sick.
Ultimately, it does not matter how careful you are, the clench will get you. Tim tries his best not to let it kill him. -

“So, Alvin, how have you been feeling recently?”
“Fine, I guess.”
“Your father mentioned that some… things… happened recently?”
“He’s not my dad."OR
Bruce finally convinces Tim to go to therapy because he's getting concerned, and in the process traumatizes one of the few souls brave enough to be a therapist in goddamn Gotham.
But just maybe, if the stars align and Ms. Sophie, his rather confusing therapist, is crafty enough, they'll be able to fit in some healing between the lines. -

Summary
Tim looked like he was going to cry. Jason felt cruel but couldn't stop talking. "People have little flaws, annoying habits, silences and gestures. When you know someone, you see the person in those gestures and silences, where others see chance. That's trust. That's family. You don't trust anyone, Tim. And I can prove it. I know your darkest secret and I have no idea what your favorite color is. You don't trust me. Okay, it doesn't have to be me. But don't say you trust people. That's not true."
***
Or: Tim Drake has fallen in love. Steph is worried, Jason feels bad. Dick is—as he should—walking off a cliff. Ra's Al Ghul is ready to make his move. Duke is too. Bruce is taking people to court. But here's the thing: you can't love without trust and Tim trusts no one.
Three stories of coming out and identity, when being who you are seems simply uncomfortable, not wrong.
