The Vigilante's class is not the one any self-respecting hero course student wants to be placed in, not that any of them get a choice in the matter. The expulsion rate is high, the transfer rate higher, and the teacher a sadistic vigilante. Not a hero.
Everyone knows the kids that graduate aren't…right. Just as everyone knows it's because of the Demon Teacher of UA’s teaching methods– harsh and immoral systems that twist heroes into survivalists.
But the problem this year isn't the teacher, it's the kids.
It takes them a bit too long to figure that out.

The stadium was abuzz with press. Every news station in the area came to report on the new program that was announced. The chatter quieted into a low hum when Principal Nezu walked into the room.
“Thank you everyone for coming.” Nezu announced. “We have much to say today so if you could please hold all questions till the end.”
Silence filled the air. No one wanted to disobey Nezu.
“Thank you for your cooperation.” Nezu smiled, “As we all know, UA produces the best heroes to defeat villains and bring peace, but we’ve decided to not only defeat villains, but stop the path right in it’s tracks. Statistics show that villainy begins not in older years, but in childhood. We have decided that in order to reduce the amount of villains in the future, we must interfere today. That is why we would like to introduce U.A.’s rehabilitation program. Where we will educate the troubled youth of today to stop the villains of tomorrow.”

The prestigious UA High has records of accomplishments with no prospect of ever being beat. Their greatest being the illustrious Class 1-A. Because unlike the top classes of any other Hero School, UA's is a full class of convicted teenaged villains, who have been enrolled into UA's magnificent Young Villain Reformation Program. A new class of teenaged villains are enrolled into UA's Class 1-A every year. The goal is to transform these rebellious teens into law abiding citizens and not cause trouble before they reach their second year. Those who graduate continue their enrolment at UA, now lacking a criminal record and will transfer into one of their plentiful courses filled with other students. Including the hero course if they show promise. Even with the tempting reward, not many troubled youths are thrilled at participating at the program, afraid of their new classmates and all regular students at UA. Add in their internal struggles never paves an easy road for redemption. With Eraserhead becoming the head teacher of Class 1-A, the graduation success has skyrocketed. But the sadistic rat likes seeing how far he can challenge the man. How long will it take for Shota to discover what gimmick Nezu has in store this year?

The Reaper, master of a True Telekinesis Quirk, has slowly but surely been spreading his roots throughout Japan. He is classified as a villain due to his lack of regard for his enemies' lives and willingness to go to any extreme to further his goals.
But are his goals evil, even if the means are?
Just a self-satisfying fic where Izuku is a super effective supervillain with honorable goals and less-than-honorable methods. I loved reading D.E.K.U. by Femmie (a fic that I am absolutely borrowing from with the overall premise), but I just wanted an opportunity to turn the rest of Class 3-A into villains, too. Expect all my favorite characters to turn evil, it's a wild ride.
As is usual for my works, the world is horrible to my characters but they are amazing to each other. No angst between characters allowed! (Even if they get a little Mary Sue at times)
I don't consider this to be darker than "BakuDeku: A New Origin", but that is a very subjective analysis. Pay attention to content warnings! This is still a story for mature readers!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story of how Izuku turned his classmates into heroic villains!
