And there's not even any denying it: King Phil has most definitely fallen.
But in the darkest of times, he finds a light to grasp onto, a friend in the form of the piglin hybrid locked in his cell.

Litterally just the plot of bollywood movie 'RRR'. Honestly worth a watch, I've seen it 5 times myself (twice back to back) and I will not do it justice in writing but I will try my best!

Phil shrugs. “I came here without a set motive. Could you even call your nation yours, after all this? Could your nation even call you theirs? No matter your answer, mate, I'm still taking you with me.”

A piece of parchment is tossed in front of him. It's smooth and new, as if it were a freshly ironed garment. Techno is unsure if he should know what to expect. He reads the contents slowly, silently.
Unlike every other time he's been asked to read a letter addressed to him, they don't ask him to fight. They don't ask him to battle.
“You want me to..” Techno trails off, voice cut short by the rough edges of his throat. “You want me to be your kingdom’s general? Me, the guy who led a rebellion against you two years ago and the reason why you even need a new general in the first place?”

Another kingdom asks Techno to be their general. It doesn't end well for him, but hey, at least he gets a new friend!

“Hey! Hey you! Let go! Ah! Shit, shit I hate heights…” They’re surprisingly loud, although their voice sounds really nice. Tommy chose a really good treasure.
And then for some reason the person starts singing. Which is beautiful, but a questionable choice considering the situation they are in. Maybe they are already trying to please Tommy? Wow, that would be amazing. He is never EVER letting them go.
“Shit… it’s not working…”
Or Tommy needs something new to guard and finds three sparkly treasures.
