It is early September in New York City, 1934 and United States Marine Corps Naval Officer and Ship/Auto Mechanic, James Zuko awaits departure from the U.S.S Lexington sailing towards New York Harbour after almost four years of hard work in naval missions and training exercises on icy waters in the Atlantic Ocean and warm tropical Caribbean Sea.
Having personally delivered his letter of resignation to his commanding General and secured approval, twenty four year old Irish-Croatian James is looking forward to relaxation, adventure and exploration of landmarks in New York City during his twelve week vacation as an approved American citizen with six years of legal residency.
Experienced in Automotive, Naval and Marine Engineering as an alumni graduate of University of Chicago, James intends to return home on New York Central Railroad's 20th Century Limited from Grand Central Station to La Salle Street Station in Chicago City, Northern Illinois in Midwestern America on Friday, November 30th.

Green should've known this would happen. He should've recognized the forest, recognized the grotto where the Four Sword slept and sealed Vaati away. They'd been in so many places, why wouldn't they make it back here?
But he didn't think. He didn't think they'd find Vaati still sleeping under a seal unbroken in another time and another place, where Ganon hadn't baited them into releasing him to save Zelda...
The Four Sword might split them into pieces, but it couldn't be in two places at once itself. And that was all that held Vaati caged here.

It is perhaps somewhat poetic to write Mavis’ final stories in this series exactly four years after I wrote her first stories, back when this series first began. Back then, Mavis the Quarry Diesel had wanted to see the world for a long time. She had since she was built at the Quarry. In many ways, she was a bit like Thomas in that regard! But she has since gotten out to see the wider world, and met so many people, that… well… I mustn’t say more, or I shall spoil the stories.
