Summary
Dean Winchester is a ghost.
He doesn't like to think about how he became a ghost (in fact, he can't really remember it beyond blood-soaked flashes of horror) but he has his friends to keep his mind off of things. Too bad that all his friends are ghosts, but they live in relative peace in an abandoned mansion in Maine. But their hard-won peace comes to an end when their house is sold and Castiel Novak, along with his niece Claire, move in.
Dean tries to navigate his attraction to Castiel--attraction made all the worse because he can't even touch Castiel. But further investigation reveals that Castiel is hiding secrets--dangerous secrets. He and Claire are hunted, and danger constantly presses in around them from all sides. Being a ghost is no guarantee of safety in this world, and when Claire and Castiel's past finally catches up with them, it will bring them all face to face with the greatest evil of all--and one that might even be linked to Dean's own past.- Language:

Summary
For some of us, it’s easy, close your eyes, take a breath, and jump. For others, it takes an entire bottle of whiskey, a slow, unreliable internet connection, and years of self-induced isolation on a picturesque mountainside to do what they have to do. What they need to do. Many years after losing his own pack, his family, an act he blames himself for, Alpha-Were Castiel is skilled at not giving himself even the smallest of pleasures, including that of a pack. An alpha needs a pack. It’s written into their DNA. It’s so much more than just having a mate. It’s the pack bonds that make an alpha whole, and the longer Castiel denies himself one, the more he loses of his humanity.
When a drunken, desperate act brings a beautiful, vibrant omega to his doorstep with a disastrous winter storm nipping at his heels, Castiel knows he does not deserve the gift. Sending Dean back down the mountain would be certain death for the young were, but allowing him to stay will undoubtedly change Castiel’s life forever. Maybe it’s time for Castiel to leave his darkness in the past, where it belongs. Summary
The Winchesters attend a wedding reception. Dean gets wasted. Sam's the responsible one (OFC). He drops off a drunken Dean at his hotel room and then makes his way to his own.
Sam's minding his own business and settling down for the night. That's when Dean sends a voice message meant for a potential hook-up accidentally to Sam.
