Summary
Green wasn't his favourite color but he put it on to make Grandma happy. Aryll is snatched up in the claws of a beast no one has ever seen, and the world laughs at his attempts to save her. The wind dances to his tune, braced at his back as he marched against the current. Ganondorf slumbers at the bottom of the sea, dark power spilling from cracks in the seams. The Red King tells him what it means to be brave.
“The seal’s gonna break. You can't drown him again.” Link stands in a castle frozen in time and bargains with a god. “You need a hero, and I’m here to be one.”
…Child of the sea, Hylia begins, voice ringing with divinity in his head. I name you the Hero of this Era. May your winds be ever swift.
It sounds like a condemnation. Link thinks it’s the closest thing to being blessed he’s ever known.
Link does not have the Hero’s Spirit. He makes it work anyway, in a very Link way.

Summary
Dream claws out of the dirt with a gasp, spinning towards the space where his base was under. It's completely ruined. The animals he had are either blown to bits or charred lumps, and there's a crater where his base is supposed to be. Dream feels...empty.
The base had been safe, it was supposed to be safe, and now it isn't. The smoke clears, and Dream can't help his flinch when he sees Quackity, clad in netherite and (one) eye glinting with triumph. Sam looms behind him, trident planted on the ground, but what really draws his attention is Sapnap, and the enchanted compass he holds.
After every manhunt, the hunters would keep the compass that pointed to Dream. They made a new one each time, for whatever reason. Every hunter has at least one from all the games they've done. It’s clear Sapnap had scrounged up one of his to track Dream down, leading them to his base easily.
Or, the fic where Dream fucks off into the sunset to live a cottagecore arc, gets his base blown up, and races back to civilisation to traumatize a child even more, and then dies (for the plan).

Summary
Sharron and Maric settle into the two seats behind Leonard and Klein, the former having saved a seat for the latter. Leonard sits on his chair backwards, still cheerfully telling them a story about taking a tumble down the stairs once, while Klein turns his chair around.
It's a little overwhelming, to be honest, but Sharron nods when appropriate, elbows on the desk and hands propping her chin up so she can listen attentively. Klein eventually cuts into Leonard’s babble to lure more than two words out of Maric, and anything at all out of Sharron.
It’s a startling good start at making friends, even if she still hasn't said much.
Sharron and Maric, navigating a new school, new people, and old love.

Dragon eats a lot like Sabo. Or well, Sabo eats like him?
It's his first time eating in the mess hall with Dragon since he arrived at Baltigo a week ago, let alone with Iva and Kuma. Abruptly, he feels fiercely protective of his own food, piled nearly as high as Dragon’s own, even though he doubts the man would even think of taking his portion.
As he watches in fascination, Iva slides one of their plates into the flurry of Dragon's feasting, who stabs his fork into the offered pasta without pause.
In which the revolutionaries have a long-running betting pool on if and who can beat Dragon’s bottomless hunger, there’s a surprise eating competition, and Sabo learns just how good food can taste when you eat together with everyone.

Summary

The man Uriel calls Captain lives in a hell of his own choosing, and he would not be Yoo Joonghyuk if he did not do this for them. So Uriel swallows her pleas and throws herself into battle, fire roaring to match her rage as she fights so her captain never has to sacrifice himself again. She did not earn her Fables for nothing, and she will dedicate each and every one if it means Yoo Joonghyuk will be safe.
She loves him. How could she not? He is kindness in warm hands and justice in a sharp blade and honor in his set gaze. He aims to tear apart the world as they know it, and Uriel will gladly pluck every last star for him. All he has to do is ask.
An archangel descends to offer her loyalty to a mortal. That is not the end of the story, not by a long shot.
