Summary
Phainon tries to put down the orange cat, a simple task that became a bit of a struggle as it dug its claws into his cardigan, clearly reluctant to let go. It doesn't look very happy when he finally places it on Mydei's lap.
“I don't think this cat is fond of me at all,” Mydei points out the obvious. The newly-adopted cat is still looking up at Phainon, as though waiting to be picked up again.
“Don't worry. He'll warm up to you eventually,” Phainon reassures Mydei as he sits next to him, giving him a quick hug. Just a few seconds later, the cat has already moved to settle on the white-haired man's lap.

Summary
Phainon was just trying to make ends meet while working at Kremnoan Delicacies, the finest high end restaurant in the country run by none other than the head chef Mydeimos, who was known throughout the culinary world for his short fuse and highly creative insults. Tensions are high and steaks are burned as Phainon tried his very best not get fired. But when Mydeimos offered him a chance to redeem himself with one on one cooking lessons, Phainon took it, just in time for the arrival of two men he'd rather not see again...

Summary
The spar from before they ended up in this position feels like a distant memory. Mydei’s gauntleted hand pins his arms above his head as Phainon melted into the wall from the force of Mydei’s kiss, eyelashes fluttering over cheekbones as he finally pulled away to leave teasing nips along sensitive skin, shuddering beneath every minute touch, beneath the light trace of Mydei’s lips as he brushes them over the skin of Phainon’s neck.
Mydei and Phainon have a quick moment in a weapons room.

“What I mean to say is, Aglaea,” Anaxa drawls, “are you sure you are not misleading poor Castorice with your questionable views regarding the… roles and dynamics played by the two main characters?”
“Speak plainly, Anaxa. You are wasting my and Castorice’s time.” Aglaea narrows her eyes.
Anaxa stares, dramatically letting two or three seconds pass as if he were talking to an obtuse chimera. “Are you certain in thinking that ‘Phaethon’ is the ‘lover’?”
Castorice splutters. Aglaea blinks. “Pardon?”
Or, in which a harmless story gets the great Goldweaver of Okhema and the esteemed Professor of the Nousporists engaged in a very serious debate, and Castorice can only watch as the plot develops.
