After doing a safety inspection in Bobsville, Sam is shocked when he learns that Bob has been working too hard and not changing his work attire often.
So as part of his "hazmat qualifications" he offers to give Bob, a Spa type of treatment, with a bit of "decontamination", so he can teach Bob to relax while highlighting the chemical risks that builders and firefighters are faced with.
