Napoleon Solo meets Bucky Barnes in 1945. He's the only one who knows it's the first and last time.
(He was fairly certain there were other Clairvoyants who were able to change the future, not just be intimately aware of it. Napoleon was not one of them. Nothing he ever did mattered a good God damn to fate. If it was meant to happen, it would. He'd learned that the hard way, but he'd never forgotten it.)

This all because of Danvers. She started a series of Alternate Universes where John Sheppard and Rodney McKay meet under different circumstances. They’re all terrific, but I was particularly enthralled with her SG-15, which you can find here.
In this AU, McKay and Sheppard meet when they both become members of SG-15, along with Martouf the Tok’ra, and Colonel Dave Dixon from the SG-1 two-parter "Heroes". The combination is hilarious and kind of insane.
