Summary
Wu Xie was never invited to begin with. There is no doubt whatever about that. Directions for him to stay away had been issued by his second uncle, his lover, his ex-boyfriend the Guardian of humanity's immortal souls, and a fellow former employee of Warehouse 11. Pangzi acknowledged this would cause trouble, and Pangzi's word was gold, as the expert on all Trouble starting with Tianzhen. Wu Xie was less invited than resentful fairies at a princess's birthday party.
But what is being uninvited but a chance to be a surprise?
Pangzi hissed to Wu Xie out of the side of his mouth, "I thought Jia Sidao put Consort Li's head in a gold box."
"Grandfather said he found it, and it was a lacquer box. You know how stories change. Anyway, it was cursed, so the family couldn't hold on to it, and I don't think Zhang Da Fo-ye had even thought of the warehouse yet, so Grandfather made a deal with some shady-sounding exorcist from the…" Wu Xie looked up slowly as Zhao Yunlan cleared his throat and smiled. "…Ershu called you the Lord Guardian? The same as this Guardian Order my grandfather was working with?"
"That's what I always liked about you. Cute and smart."

"I don't know how you can know that," Xiao Lanhua murmured wonderingly at the scenery around her. "It's impossible to tell how far away things are out here. Everything's so quiet and empty! When the god cradled his chin and claimed his lips, those curtains of loose hair trailing against Shen Wei's shoulders and thighs, he was once again that naive young gui king who couldn't even name what he was looking for, begging Kunlun to bestow a kiss. It was like being young again at the dawn of time.

Summary
Nothing is safe. Nothing is sacred. Everything is... pirates vs. ninjas. Possibly with a bit of 'saving the world' thrown in for good measure.
A collection of stand-alone short stories written as a running gift for Beltenebra. Each can be read on their own, but as time goes on, they'll all be cohesive if you start at the beginning (and possibly funnier that way). The seminal fic was inspired by fanart by zelas. That said, the rest is me taking the pirates and the ninjas and running amok, with a slightly higher percentage of gratuitous adult content than you'd find in most of my other works.
You can blame this series on Tsubasa and xxxHoLic if you want, but everything is fair game (and I do mean everything). This is the only series for which I will make promises about when a story will post, as the entire AU is a gift. Every December/January and every March, you'll see new chapters (usually about four). Most of the time, these will be a complete story, but I reserve the right to split longer ones. Bonus fics may also be published outside of the normal schedule at undetermined intervals as deemed appropriate.

Summary
Naruto characters. In some pseudo-European modern world. In rock bands. Not a deep, thinky 'verse.
An idea I meant to keep in the freezer until The Butterfly Effect is done, since there are limits to how many convoluted Naruto AUs I should be writing at once, but it just won't stay frozen. However, I will refrain from working on the enormous multi-chapter, complex heart of the universe until my existing Naruto AUs are complete. Until then, this will be occasional challenge one-shots. For the most part, the action will center around the students and graduates of Konoha Conservatory, founded by Senju Hashirama and Co. to teach the next generations how to rock.

In which Wei Ying can't let A-Yuan be abandoned again, and convinces himself it'll be easy to have a for-appearances-only green card marriage to the miraculously considerate and capable Lan Zhan who definitely hates him or at best tolerates him... until Lan Zhan kisses him, and things start feeling a *lot* less fake. How will he survive being only *pretend* married to the love of his life?!
Lots of amazingly written feels, realities, and complexities about health care, child care, adulting, family, immigration bullshit, *and* being an idiot in love.
