Till would call himself an average teenager. Though, his dad would call him a deadbeat with no future, his teachers say he's troubled, and his friends describe him as “an acquired taste.” He coasts through life without much thought about what anyone thinks of him.
Until one morning, everything changes.
Till wakes up seeing colorful numbers above people’s heads, floating like digital halos. It’s disorienting enough on its own, but the real shock? The number hovering above his friend—and occasional nemesis—Ivan.
It’s at 100%. And it’s… pink?
What do these numbers mean?
And seriously, why is Ivan’s pink—and at full capacity?!

Now, that husk no longer existed and in its place was left a human with a soft smile on rosy porcelain tainted with scarlet, nothing but tenderness in those black eyes that previously seemed like blackholes, too dangerous to even glance into, threatening to swallow Till whole with their contradicting intensity, and all that at the very end of its existence. In the very moments Till had given up resistance, Ivan had suddenly picked it back up, his very last act, his last breath, every last twitch of his ligaments, being one of sudden silent rebellion and self-satisfaction, both of which even Ivan himself had appeared surprised by. Surprised he was capable of such humanity.

Ivan died in the sixth round of the 50th season of Alien Stage.
He was as dead as a guy taking three bullets and left to bleed out in the fake rain.
That was before he woke up in the body of a staved sixteen-year-old boy from a mass-production human farm, currently being sold on the black market.
He was lost on what to do, as his universe was free and he had no more use for his lovely Till.
Actually...So that was how the story of Ivan trying to re-sacrifice himself for Till began.
Somewhere far far away (not really), Till was riding on the motorcycle, thinking about a certain black-haired man, his smile and calming presence.
Fate was a funny thing, right?
Ivan died for Till, even when Till didn't want to live.
