Summary
Superman hates Conner. He's never said as much, but his constant criticism of his clone after missions speaks for itself.
Conner doesn't hate Superman, he just wants to stop being terrified of him, but that's just how it's been since the League pulled him from Cadmus four months ago. By October, Tim Drake has had enough and sics Batman on the Man of Steel to get him to ease up on his teammate.
Clark hasn't been helping Superboy be a better hero. He doesn't know him at all. When he promises Conner things will be different, it takes Conner a while to believe him.
Is 365 days enough time to change so much?

Basic Bats procedure probably shouldn't have him finding an anarchist hacktivist collective. And from there, Tim would probably judge him for some of the crime. But it's ethical, really, he’s just helping people. Some problems can’t be punched, no matter how much he might want them to be.
Or, Skye meets an alien and is a terrible influence. Not that anyone could have expected the teenage run-away and cyber terrorist to be a good influence. No matter how much Skye might be trying to help people with those crimes. The chaos does make the world a better place, probably.

The neighboring planet Anorak has caught sight of their impressive action figure collection, and they're planning an invasion to take it for themselves! Their current threats are that they'll rip the figures from their boxes (oh the humanity!), and even, my God, play with them! The head military official on Schwab, Jenner-El, has called all officers to make a stand for their planet, and it turns out, Brum-El's Ambush Bug uniform wasn't fake like the scandals suggested.
Superman, getting news of the brewing war between the planets, is sent to investigate and negotiate peace, but how will he react when he sees the planet is over-run with Ambush Bugs? Even more so, that the original is in the fray?
