Summary
Based on this incorrect quote I made a while ago...
Kinger: I love my four daughters.
Zooble: ...Kinger, I'm not a girl.
Kinger: Oh, I know!
Jax/Daisy: *sweats anxiously in the background*OR: Kinger confesses his love for his adopted daughters (and Zoobles), Jax overhears and tries very hard not to think about what that may mean, only to realize that hey, maybe that fourth daughter is JAX.
...But that wouldn't work, because Jax is a guy, right?

Meeting back online in 2021 (through tormenting a certain one-eyed character in The Walking Dead), they bonded through torturing their favorite blorbos, and now the focus has shifted to a certain jackass rabbit who lacks any positive coping mechanisms.

Summary
Jax is fine.
Completely and totally fine.
He's fine when his best friend suddenly becomes aggressive and turns on him. He's fine when he starts pushing everyone else away. He's fine after fighting with Pomni when she claims they're friends. And he's sure as hell fine when he locks himself and his room, slowly beginning to abstract.
Jax's world is coming down around him and he struggles to admit that he's lost control, that maybe he's never been in control.
When he started to abstract he didn't expect to wake up. He didn't expect the rest of the circus to suddenly be rallying with him after everything he said and did.
And he definitely didn't expect that he might finally have to admit, to himself and everyone else, that he's not okay.
(OR: After episode 6 Jax starts to abstract. The gang finds a way to stop it but there are… consequences. Jax is forced to think about his past and becomes angry at the idea that he once again could be hopeless. But is he really?)

Summary
Jax being told he's the problem isn't something new, at he's learned to not care. To embrace it.
But then why? Why is he now breaking down in a bathroom during one of Caine's stupid award shows? Why does he so desperately NOT want to be the problem (even though he doesn't know how to be anything else, even though his whole character now is built on being the problem.) Why does he wish he could just not be real?

This new episode has consumed my brain. And as I was sitting on Tumblr I ended up writing several analyses and breakdowns of the character conversations we got between the members of the teams, and I realized I could crosspost to Ao3.

Sequel to "April Foo- wait, this isn't funny."
Neptune thrusting Earth into a parallel dimension where everyone in the Solar System acts like their polar opposite means that the Earth from that universe had to go somewhere.
So where?
Rev!Earth (just the average depressed guy who hates himself and all the life on his surface) wakes up in a world where things are familiar but a bit... off. Almost as if they're trying too hard to play the part. Almost as if he woke up in a reality opposite to his own, where everyone is trying to act like their opposite but none of them ever took an acting class.
But that can't be it... right? Because that- that would just be insane. And everyone knows this Earth is the sanest of the bunch.
OR: B-side to the Rev!Verse, Rev!Earth gets thrust into the canon verse on April Fools Day, where everyone is trying to prank his counterpart by acting like their opposite. Tough for them though, because they have the wrong audience.

Triton was right in saying that Neptune always remembers his moons well.
He works to remember all he can about them, how can he not? And even the things he doesn't try to remember, he is cursed to.
Except for one thing...
Because Neptune's mind will not allow itself to know about Triton's eventual fate. Not for long anyways.

Summary
Truth: Neptune doesn’t like lying.
Honestly he doesn’t see the point. Why say something that isn’t true? Isn’t lying bad? Hiding things never helps anyone, it just leads to more confusion and pain when the truth is revealed.
For all that other celestial bodies don’t believe what Neptune says (which he’s learned to expect, other people’s brains don’t seem to work like his, and Neptune isn’t good at explaining things all the time (ask Uranus)), Neptune rarely lies.
Lying requires twisting reality, and Neptune chooses to see things as is (because how else can you see things? Upside down?)
But then he accidentally captures Triton, and he feels like he has no choice but to.
It would probably be easier if Neptune didn't suck so much at it though.

Summary
Jax knew everyone in the circus hated him. And good riddance!
He’s a jerk. And he might as well be. Because what’s the point? What’s the point in niceties and fake smiles? People like to smile and act like they’re all friends, but the second things turn messy, the second they see who you really are, you learn that the word “friend” actually has no weight at all.
Everyone is nice and friendly and fake. And Jax doesn’t see the point in pretending. He never has.
...except he still pretends. Just in a different way now. He pretends he has control. Pretends that his life isn't dictated by an unstable AI.
It's not that hard, really, it's not like he had much control before the circus. Hell, back when he had been a human, he wasn't even allowed to be a man.
OR: Jax copes by lying to himself and pushing everyone away, by being an instigator, and it usually works... but recent events are reminding him just how little control he actually has.

Jupiter convinces Uranus to go back to the Solar System, promising things will change.
...and then he immediately has to go fix some drama happening with the rocky planets.
It's fine though, Uranus totally doesn't have any doubts.

Like... 4.5 billion years of stuff.

Bucky Barnes doesn't know how he ended up here, in the Avengers Tower, with a group of fellow ex-criminals now deemed the "New Avengers."
He's here though, despite his mistakes. And for some reason he's expected to hold this shit together. Like he's some kind of "success story."
But he really isn't. Because Bucky is still barely holding himself together. And it's only gotten worse since he's conversation with Sam.
OR: Bucky is somehow supposed to be the most stable member of this team, and he really doesn't like it. And he likes it even less when someone jokingly calls him "Cap'n", because he isn't a captain. He isn't a leader. That was Steve. That is Sam.
And Bucky refuses to take anything else away from Sam.

Loosely based on the idea that Ceres was originally one of the outer protoplanets forming but was pulled inwards when Jupiter migrated. This caused Ceres to end up in the asteroid belt and not ever become a fully fledged "planet."

Neptune was a lot of things.
Silly. Flexible. Really good at math. Introspective. Ice giant. Planet. Blue. Not bound by the confines of reality.
But one of the things Neptune also was, one of the things people often didn't connect back to Neptune was that he was a protector.
Sure, maybe in regards to his orbit and the Kuiper Belt but considering his mental state it was easy to write him off on that.
But Neptune was good at protecting the others from other things, or at least... tries to.
Sometimes at the expense of himself.
OR: 3 times Neptune smiled and tried to protect someone at his own expense, 1 time he questioned if it was enough, and the 1 time he finally cracked.

Summary
Venus never gave too much thought to his atmosphere before. Sure, he disliked it. The pale look sort of ruined his whole vibe. But it wasn't until later that he grew to hate it. It wasn't until-
“But there is still a reason why us Earthlings have been looking at Mars as a future home over Venus. Venus is just too hot. Your atmosphere keeps all the CO2 inside, causing an intense greenhouse effect. Mars might be cold but it doesn’t melt our equipment. So while you’re both bad for life, one of you is impossible for life. Even in a protective suit.”
Because life. The one thing Venus dreamed of having. Something that he was undoubtedly never going to get, he couldn't have because of his atmosphere.
His atmosphere.
Just one more thing for Venus to hate about himself.
