Summary
District 4 is given credit for a lot of things. Fishing, mostly. Swimming. The tanned skin that became popular during the 65th Games and hasn’t fallen out of fashion since.
But Four’s biggest asset is something that nobody ever talks about. There’s a certain freedom in being right in the middle, both Careers and outliers and rebels all at once. They can fit anywhere and with anyone. It’s one of the only parts of being in the Capitol that Finnick is grateful for.
