Link wakes up 99 years after the fallout of Calamity Ganon, a single year away from full restoration. Because of this miscalculation, the world is empty by the time he realizes that he's alive. Those ears said to be endowed by Hylia cannot hear, and there is no one to warn Link of the dangers of the world; no one to tell him who he is, why he is here, and how much he had lost.
Can this lie of a new life be considered an act of mercy from the Goddess?

Will Link fall victim to his inner urges, or will he overcome them to save his Princess?
This is a story-focused fanfic, with many smutty and perverted themes and fetishes throughout.
This work is intended to be the start of a larger series, all in the same universe and following the same story. Imagine this as Book One of the series.
Although there are many similarities to the Breath of the Wild Legend of Zelda Universe, this story takes place in a universe of its own, with its own history, characters, magic, and plot. It will take inspiration from many different Zelda games, so don't get that confused.

It had been weeks since Hyrule had joined the team with the other heroes. Everyone was falling into step and finding their place among each other. Friendships were being formed--trust was blooming--but Hyrule still felt like a lamb among wolves.
Sleep alluded him by the campfire at night. He was jumpy at any sign of disagreement. He hid injuries until he couldn’t move anymore. The only person he was comfortable with was Legend, but even that was by merit of being his successor. Otherwise, the others were strangers to him.
Despite himself, Hyrule was now in a patrol group with Warriors and Sky. Part of him knew he should feel guilty. After all, Hyrule was jumping to the conclusion that they were untrustworthy, despite their heroic acts and reputations in their own time. However, he couldn’t forgo his own cynicism. It had been ingrained as a survival instinct through trial and error.
If someone helps you, always expect them to want something in return. And if you can’t provide it, expect to fight for your life. Someone who’s willing to help you is someone who’s wiling to hurt you.

Items, weapons, and relics of past eras are oftentimes left behind for the next generation to uncover. Warriors has few things he can truly call his own, but there were certain items he used in the War of Eras that he was particularly fond of.
Wild and Warriors explore the ruins of the Arbiter's Grounds in Wild's kingdom of Hyrule in search of something that has to be there. While Warriors isn't so familiar with dungeon crawling, he knows how these things work. So what's the harm in looking for something he might actually recognize, when every other hero has managed to do the same?
While Warriors chases that familiarity and the feelings he associated with the war, Wild keeps an eye on him. They're both dedicated knights that have fought for their kingdom and bled for their lands. But while Wild views his past experiences as a reason to tread cautiously and plan accordingly for their future battle with Ganondorf, Wars seems to be blurring the lines between past and present.Series

What's not funny is the gap in his memory, the lingering feeling of soft feathers, the familiar sound of an arrow hitting wood. It's not funny when he can't recall who the person is, but the memory of them sits upon him. It dances upon the wind, twirling through the breeze. Everything seems so familiar, yet his mind always traces back to that one feeling. The safety of another. Yet who that person was, his mind cannot recall. At least, their memory dances with him, the taste of something so foreign and yet something so achingly familiar.
OR Link is struggling to remember things after he woke in the Shrine of Resurrection. The feeling of someone important to him, someone he held dear, keeps haunting him. From arrows to nut cakes, the feeling of snow to a hauntingly soothing voice laced within his head. His memory is gone, but the person left an imprint within his mind that cannot be erased so easily.
