He wanted desperately to go home and hug Papi. He wanted to make his world-renowned tacos and enjoy a real meal that didn’t just taste of greasy sauces or Styrofoam. He wanted to see Alphys again and show her how much he had improved and beg to finally be accepted into the royal guard.
But he knew he couldn’t.
If he went back there as he was now, Dream would immediately pick up on his distinctive brand of positivity. He always did when Blue tried to sneak away for a couple of days after a fight with Ink. And then he would be dragged back and the cycle would continue.
But maybe…
Well, maybe, if the King of Negativity was just as cruel to his henchmen as Ink and Dream always said, there was a way for Blue to ruin himself enough that there would be no positivity left in him for Dream to track. And then, finally, he could go back to his AU.
Mind set on that half-arsed plan, he met Error’s eyes once more, this time with true determination shining through his faint eye lights, and said: “I want to go to Nightmare”.

I love reading fics where Nightmare learns how to be Dadmare, or well the tag, "Caring Dreamtale Nightmare Sans (Undertale)". Seeing his progress from not caring about anything and killing what ever he see-fits to I love my idiots and if anything comes in harms way I will personally do something about it, oh and idiots, please don't kill anyone and avoid swearing or doing anything addicting, is just the funniest concept to me 🤣.
Also, I love the idea of the different multiverse Nightmare's getting together and discussing things and sharing ideas. I need more multiverse, or well omni-verses to interact with each other.
I will Admit, I have stumbled across this fic multiple times, and I have never continue to read after the first chapter or just deleted it of my tabs after a while and I hate myself for doing that 😭. How did I skip something this amazing!!! I feel like the reason i'd skipped it, was because I wasn't in the right mindset or like ability to read it, but now that I am in better shape, I LOVE IT. Oh, and I'm sad that Error isn't a part of the close nit group :( , but that doesn't really matter bc even without Error, they are still adorable!!!

Beautiful, gorgeous, chefs kiss. Simple reminder for plot, dust stabbed blue, dust later had hide from a justified ass whopping from swapyrus in the pizza shop. Amazing development of Killer slowly being reunited with his conscience (not sarcastic, mah boi repressed shit so hard I swear if he felt any happiness all of a sudden he'd think he's been drugged). Dream is slowly starting to realise that his brother it's a homocidal maniac because of his corruption anymore (can't blame him, I'd be cautious too if my brother tried to be all buddy buddy with me after I heard he went on a killing spree while I got the season 1 discord treatment). Ink is only in it for the shits and giggles, we love a shit stirrer, but we also love it when dream COMES IN WITH THE STEEL CHAIR! Nightmare now has 4 sons, we love a gaslight gate keep girlboss. You read this once a few years back and the newest chapters JUST CANNOT STOP WINNING.

It's easier with a friend to take care of you and spar with you when it's riding you hard, which works for Cross and Epic… until the idiot who's making them want to walk into the path of an angry warhorse is pissing them both off. The nobles in court will never learn to stop insulting them, and beating each other into the ground works… until instead of just one of them suffering from a post-LV rush drop, it's both of them. Summary
Cross and Blue travel through a series of different realities, attempting to find something that can repair their own collapsing multiverse - luckily, it's been placed in a stasis by Error, so there's no need to rush. They have all the time they could ever need for things such as general shenanigans, making new friends - and enemies, of course - dragging an alternate version of Nightmare into the mess that they call their lives, threatening literal gods, being menaces to society in almost every possible way, accidentally adopting a child variant of Dream, somehow both improving and completely ruining the lives of everyone they meet... the list goes on.
Cross just wants to complete their mission, and maybe punch a few people while he's at it. Blue is fully capable of getting into a fight with a god and winning, and he knows it. Dream is a traumatised five year old who just lost his brother and doesn't fully understand what's going on, but he's just happy to be involved.
Nightmare is so, so tired.

His hands slid further down, dragging along his face in theatrical misery before flopping back against the loveseat. “And then—” he sighed again, “I don’t want to kiss someone because they’ll be disappointed.”
It felt too honest. Too raw. The kind of thing you say and immediately regret.
He slumped deeper into the couch, like the cushions might swallow him whole if he just curled in enough. “Seriously,” he muttered, almost to himself, “who wants to kiss a thirty-year-old rookie?”

Two, find a way to save their friends from Nightmare's mind control. Three, kill the king himself and restore peace to everyone. But that . . . is much more difficult than they can manage.
DREAM is the heartless ruler of the Omega Timeline. Trapped under Nightmare's spell, he has no empathy for anyone. He hasn't had any for the past 7 years. Yet something still haunts him. The cursed gold heart locket he always wore, that he hated, yet couldn't find the heart to get rid of. It gave him the motivation to fight back, so did the corruption in his soul and his smoking addiction slowly killing him.
