I've perhaps said this before elsewhere but I'm so *obsessed* with crossover fanfictions that are able to merge differents worlds + characters in such a way where the story maintains the essence of either respective series while also creating something that feels completely fresh and thrilling. This fic? This fic delivers that in spades. This fic knows EXACTLY the points at which these two series intersect and it knows exactly what to discard and what to keep and how to fit it all together seamlessly and I. Am. SOFUCKEDUP ABOUT IT??? The gender, the suffering, the romance, the characters, the writing, the GODHOOD????? HELLO????

Kyubey said so himself that Madoka could wish for anything she wanted didn’t he? She could even become…god. It didn’t matter to Madoka about power. But if becoming a strong celestial being would save Homura, or even better, change every magical girl’s fates and save everyone from this perpetual cycle of hope and despair, it would be alright if she disappeared from the surface of the earth.
