Galactica Major is the fourth of seven planets in the Alt system. Galactica Major has three moons, Perry, Tikal and Kell (in order of distance). There is a rogue planetary body that the original settlers call the Blood Star because of its bright color in the sky. Every two hundred cycles (years) the planetary body swings past Galactica Major and drops spores onto the planet. These spores are called Thread due to their mop-like thready appearance. The Threads destroy all organic material.
Over the generations after the first settlers from distant planets arrived on Galactica Major, they tamed the mighty sky beasts, calling them dragons. Through a shared partnership, the humanoids and dragons fought the threads protecting the eight major continents of the planet.

The twist of the 500th games, was for whichever tribute was reaped or volunteered, their family would go too. for the sake of the argument, family counted as the parents and siblings of the tributes. If the tribute themself was a parent, it would be them, and the parent of their child(s) and their kid(s).
This is the tape, kept in the capital, describing the games. Its a file. So this will be seen as if you're reading a capital POV. the Reapings, the Interviews and the games themselves will be shown.
I think there's about 147 tributes, so please be patient with the updates, it might take a while, sorry! This is also my first fic on ao3, so I'm still trying to figure it out. The good news is is that I already know who's winning, and the basic storyline, so I'm not just figuring it out as I go, plotwise.

I wanted write an angst-y, hurt/comfort long story with a dash of smut, fluff and case files, starting in 2012 and up until 2036 due to what Olivia said to older Lincoln in 2036 about deserving all the happiness he got - he gave her a weary smile what made me think even though the Observers didn't invade their universe, it doesn't mean they didn't experience some hurt and tragedy.
So, it begins when Lincoln meets Alt-Liv, and fills in some gaps we didn't see between them and explains why he was a more timid, emotional and shy version of the Lincoln we met first from the alternative universe, how they ended up together and how he became more confident and self-assured, right up until 2036 when they are married with a son.
There are also Alt-Liv and Alt-Linc backstories and flashbacks due to parallels between the events in the two Lincoln's lives.
