“It’s not a burden. Not if it’s you. Not if it’s this team. The children saw something in you worth standing by and I can see it too.” Burden felt too strong of a word. Too brutal for what was actually going to be taking place. He was a pillar of strength and comfort and heart, the glue that kept these wandering souls together. To call befriending him as something so vile felt intrinsically wrong and you weren’t going to stand for it.
If you were going to do this, you were going to do it right. No half-assing anything, fear and terror be damned. No matter what it was, you were willing to find a way to help end this conflict.

Story of a monster who while bound by will of her human creators long gone, found herself in a time and place unfamiliar to her. Created to just follow orders, now she forced to be creature of own will, making own choices. All while navigating human society and learning, adapting to what now is Imperium of Man.
As a whole story is about adventure from the lowest parts of human civilization to being a sizable presence that others can't ignore. The main character will suffer, be hurt, and at some times even die, only to return and fight again - even when breaking herself in the process.
Expect action, violence, eating humans (not extremely graphic, and not by other humans so not exactly cannibalism) and overall suffering - but not without moments of peace. So, not just unending depression - still there will be moments of triumph and success.
Also, i tried to write it in a way to also introduce those who unfamiliar with Warhammer 40K universe gradually into the inner workings as the main character learns and experiences the reality of the galaxy of unending war.
