Iron Wanderer: A Mechanical Traveler From Another World?!
The enigmatic Indigo Book [NOTE: BOOK CURRENTLY UNDISCOVERED] makes reference to a being called Iron Wanderer, which was said to look mostly humanoid, though with a head similar to a computer and only a single left arm. It would have travelled as a leader alongside other Pokemon, almost like a trainer [NOTE: NO CURRENT SUPPORTING EVIDENCE]. Some theories have appeared [NOTE: FROM WHOM? UNDISCOVERED] about it, stating that it comes from another world. There are debates between said theorists about wether it comes in peace or to do harm, however. [NOTE: POSSIBLE FALLER EVENT]SI isekai in Pokemon SV, where I get tossed into a robot instead of my actual body, wake up in Area Zero have a panic attack, die a few times (just for funsies) and get saved by the two most unfortunate people on earth.
(In a middle-ground between Scarlet and Violet, called Pokemon Indigo. Yes I know Indigo is closer to Violet than Scarlet.)

Summary

It's a realism-focused character and relationship study, with dual POV, angst and hurt/comfort, slow emotional burn w/ glacial physical burn, bickering & banter, a secret relationship, Classical Latin as a love language, violence and gore, coping with broken families, and how the brutal toll of war and trauma changes people.
But at the heart of it all, it's about a love that eclipses everything else.

Summary
Pirates spend their lives hunting down treasure, but the most valuable treasure of all isn’t gold or jewels - it’s mermaid scales. After the majority of Captain Kim Hongjoong’s crew is decimated by disease, he has no choice but to turn to the hunting of mermaids to keep himself and his remaining men afloat. When a new pirate joins them, however, he struggles to maintain his control over his crew, his ship, and his emotions.
